Who is responsible for your data
Killian Jackson Photography, a sole trader based in Cork, Ireland, is the controller of your personal data. Contact us at info@killianjacksonphotography.com.
What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number, and what you ordered. We use this to take payment, make and deliver your order and handle returns.
- Enquiries: the details you give us when you use the contact form or email us, so that we can reply.
- Payments: card payments are processed by Revolut. We never see or store your full card details. Revolut handles them under its own privacy policy.
Our legal basis
We use your data to carry out the contract with you when you buy from us, to meet legal obligations such as keeping accounting records, and for our legitimate interest in answering your enquiries.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with Revolut, to process payments, and with the couriers who deliver your order. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
This website uses cookies that are needed for the shop to work, such as keeping items in your basket and keeping checkout secure. See our cookie information.
We also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to see how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. These analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under its own privacy terms. Our legal basis is your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes, which is normally six years. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give it to you in a portable format. Email us to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
