Who we are

This website is operated by Killian Jackson Photography, a sole trader based at Unit G7, Marina Commercial Park, Centre Park Road, Cork, Ireland. We are not registered for VAT. Contact us at info@killianjacksonphotography.com or +353852627584.

Orders

• All prices are in euro (EUR).
• Every print is made to order. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, and payment is taken by card through Revolut when you place it.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error. If we do, we refund any payment you have made.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is described in our Shipping Information. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Copyright

All images on this website are copyright Killian Jackson. Buying a print gives you the physical print only, not reproduction rights. You may not copy, publish, or sell the images without written permission.

Colour and appearance

Colours on screen vary by device, so a print may differ slightly from how an image appears on your screen.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you live in another country, you also keep any mandatory consumer protection rights you have there.
