Refund Policy

Returns within 14 days

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them.

Framed and custom-size prints

Because they are made specially for you, framed prints and custom-size prints can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to return an item

• Contact us first at info@killianjacksonphotography.com with your order number and, for damaged or faulty items, a photograph of the problem.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• You pay the postage to send the item back. We recommend a tracked service, because you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund you straight away to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
