Shipping Information

Made to order

Every print is made to order by our professional print partner after you place your purchase, so please allow time for production before dispatch.

Cost

Shipping is free worldwide.

Dispatch and delivery

• Your order is dispatched within 5 working days.
• Delivery time depends on the destination. Orders to Ireland are sent by airmail and can take up to 10 working days after dispatch.
• Some services are not tracked and have no guaranteed delivery date, so we cannot promise an exact delivery day.
• We do not deliver on Saturdays.

If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Duties and taxes

Orders are produced and dispatched from the United Kingdom. Depending on the destination, import duties, VAT or customs fees may be charged by the carrier or customs authority. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in our price.

One order, one parcel

Items are dispatched together only when they are in the same order. If an order contains items with different production times, it is dispatched once everything is ready.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right. See our Refund Policy.
